What is Individual Therapy? 
Individual therapy is a process where one individual is involved in the therapeutic process with a therapist with the goal of inspiring change or improve the quality of life. Such a therapeutic alliance creates a safe and confidential environment for the individual.  

 

With the scope of individual therapy, MCS provides an onsite therapy session as well as offsite via phone-based or video conferencing modes.

What is Group Therapy? 

Group Therapy is typically a homogenous and sometimes heterogeneous group that joins together to share similar problems and struggles which is termed as the principle of universality. 

 

Areas of therapies our therapists provide such as General Stress, Depression/Anxiety, Workplace issues, Anger issues, Relationship Issues, Grief & bereavement, and Life transition
