What is holistic wellness

Holistic wellness believes that the quest for optimal functionality requires importance to be placed on all faculties of the body, mind, emotions, will and spirit. These are essentially interdependent parts that make up a whole person. If one part is not working properly, all the other parts will also be affected. As such, when people have physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances in their lives, it can negatively affect their overall health.

 Therefore, My Corner Space (MCS) aims to provide handles to help everyone achieve wellness holistically in all areas. With specially choreographed programs and services, we help individuals, teams and organisations in their journey towards holistic wellness.

The trunk depicts our vision and mission, and the branches extend into the six key building blocks of holistic wellness,  all of which are interconnected, interdependent and necessary parts to a person’s overall well-being.


Through these, we hope that individuals develop tenacity and grit in the face of challenges in a

volatile,  uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world.

Every person has an inherent ability to make choices with respect to their well-being. Under the appropriate environment and resources, the process of self-healing, empowerment and self-regulation can be achieved.


MCS aims to advocate and equip people with knowledge and skills to achieve holistic health and well-being. This takes the form of activities such as psychoeducation, interactive panel discussions, and cathartic visual and artistic expressions.

Our team works closely together with employers and employees to tailor and deliver wellness programs suitable for your needs. 


We want to cheer on your progress, and we believe that at the end of this process, empowered individuals will be advocates of holistic wellness and pass it on to others.
